Description:
FracPack® Grease is a premium, homogeneous, buttery semifluid grease designed for high-load anti-friction and plain bearings, as well as extreme hydraulic fracturing operations. Formulated with highly refined petroleum or premium synthetic base oils, viscosity index improvers, and advanced additives, it provides superior extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear, anti-oxidation, corrosion inhibition, and friction reduction performance. Engineered for frac pump packing, it resists aggressive chemicals such as hydrochloric acid and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), delivering reliable protection for plungers, packings, and critical components under intense pressure, temperature, and fluid exposure. Suitable for broad industrial applications to enhance equipment life and operational reliability.
