Description:
FracPack® XD Lubricants are synthetic-blend frac pump packing lubricant gels designed for reliable performance in severe hydraulic fracturing and high-load industrial environments. The formulation resists aggressive chemicals, including hydrochloric acid and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, providing consistent protection for critical pump components. A proprietary blend of premium mineral and synthetic base oils and advanced additives deliver effective anti-wear protection, oxidation stability, corrosion inhibition, extreme-pressure capability, and friction reduction. FracPack® XD Lubricants are compatible with common rod and packing materials—such as steel, brass, Kevlar®, elastomers, graphite, and PTFE—supporting extended component service life. Optimized pumpability, adhesion, and flow characteristics ensure dependable lubrication across a wide range of demanding industrial applications.
