Wireline Grease Seal – High Temp - Severe Corrosive Service

Silver FX is a premium high-temperature wireline grease seal formulated for severe corrosive service in demanding downhole environments. The product incorporates an advanced corrosion protection package consisting of a rust inhibitor, a specialized downhole corrosion inhibitor, an H₂S scavenger, and pH buffers. This synergistic combination delivers superior protection against corrosion caused by moisture, hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and acidic fluids under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Silver FX is specifically engineered for oil and gas well logging operations and other wireline applications. It provides effective lubrication for braided wirelines, cables, wire rope, and encased wireline, helping to extend equipment service life in aggressive corrosive environments.

• Effective Lubrication and Sealing: Delivers superior lubrication and forms a durable protective barrier that minimizes metal-to-metal wear on braided wireline, cables, wire rope, and encased wireline.
• Minimizes Loss of Well Fluids: Excellent adhesion and water separation reduce fluid loss during operations, improving efficiency and lowering environmental exposure.
• High Resistance to H₂S and CO₂: Specifically inhibited for acid gas service and performs reliably in environments containing up to 20% CO₂ and H₂S at high temperatures and pressures exceeding 10,000 psi.

Silver FX is recommended for use in:

• High-temperature, high-pressure wireline applications up to 10,000 psi and greater
• Corrosive downhole environments containing up to 20% CO₂ and H₂S
• Acid gas service where effective inhibition against corrosive gases is required
•  Oil and gas well logging operations and other demanding wireline applications
