LubeSolve 142

LubeSolve 142 is a high-purity, low-aromatic aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent composed primarily of hydrotreated isoparaffins and napthenics. It is a clear, colorless liquid produced from domestic crude oil through rigorous hydrotreating and selective fractionation processes. The product is characterized by very low aromatic content (<1%), extremely low levels of polynuclear aromatics (PNAs), mild odor, and a medium flash point. These attributes deliver excellent solvency, high chemical stability, and low impurity profiles, making Lubesolve 142 particularly suitable for demanding industrial, consumer, and regulated applications where product purity, low toxicity, and consistent performance are required. Its balanced volatility and compatibility with a wide range of resins, oils, and additives position it as an effective replacement for traditional mineral spirits in sensitive formulations.

• Paints, Coatings, Inks, Adhesives & Sealants: Solvent
  and thinner for architectural coatings, industrial finishes, printing inks, adhesives, and sealants.
• Industrial Cleaners, Degreasers & Metalworking
  Fluids: Precision cleaning, heavy-duty degreasing, aluminum rolling oils, and metalworking formulations.
• Lubricants, Oilfield & Mining: Viscosity modifier in lubricating oils and greases, base fluid or additive in drilling fluids, friction reducers, and extraction processes.
• Agricultural, Chemical & Consumer Products: Carrier solvent for pesticide formulations, chemical extraction/purification, and consumer goods such as cleaners, polishes, charcoal lighter fluids, lamp oils, and
  starting fluids.

Store in cool, well-ventilated areas away from ignition sources. Use standard PPE. Flash point indicates it is combustible but safer than lower-flash solvents.
