Longlife Elite EP Gear Oil
Longlife Elite EP Gear Oil
Fully Synthetic, Thermally Stable
Description:
Longlife Elite EP Gear Oil is a full synthetic lubricant designed for extra heavy-duty service in a wide variety of extreme pressure situations in industrial applications. It is formulated with high quality synthetic oils and is compounded with select additives for excellent anti-wear, anti-oxidation, corrosion inhibition and extreme pressure properties. It helps reduce oil thickening and sludge formation, while increasing service life of machinery. Longlife Elite EP Gear Oil has excellent solution and thermal stability to protect against premature failure and provide a long service life.
Advantages & Benefits:
- Superior Thermal & Shear Stability: Resists degradation up to 350°F, ensuring long service life in high-heat, high-shear drilling applications.
- Exceptional EP Performance: Strong film strength protects gears and bearings under heavy loads, extending equipment life.
- Advanced Anti-Wear: Minimizes wear on seals, bearings, and components, reducing maintenance and downtime.
- Robust Oxidation Resistance: Maintains oil integrity in oxygen-rich settings, extending maintenance intervals.
- Corrosion Protection: Shields steel, brass, and yellow metals from rust in harsh, corrosive environments.
- Excellent Water Resistance: Resists foam and emulsions, ensuring reliable lubrication in wet conditions.
- Adhesive Formulation: Reduces splatter for consistent lubrication and cleaner operations.
- Broad Compatibility: Protects diverse materials (steel, brass, Kevlar, rubber) for versatile equipment use.
- Friction Reduction: Lowers frictional losses, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing heat.
- Versatile Applications: Ideal for gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulic systems in oil and gas, mining, construction, and marine operations.
- Cost-Efficient: Prolongs equipment life, reduces maintenance costs, and optimizes operational efficiency.
Applications:
Longlife Elite EP Gear Oils are designed for use in:
- Industrial enclosed gearing: Spur, helical, bevel, herringbone, and steel-on-steel worm gears under heavy/shock loads in gearboxes and drives.
- Heavy-duty equipment: Enclosed drives in conveyors, agitators, mixers, extruders, presses, pulpers, pumps, fans, dryers, and similar high-torque/shock-loaded machinery.
- Plain and rolling-element bearings: High-load bearings in splash/circulating systems needing EP protection against wear, micro pitting, scoring, and fatigue.
- Severe-service sectors: Mining, cement, steel, pulp & paper, power generation, material handling, and heavy manufacturing requiring extended life and sludge/oxidation resistance.
