Description:
ShockSorb 8A is a high-performance synthetic blend enclosed gear oil engineered for gearboxes and mechanically loaded systems operating under severe duty, including high loads, shock loading, vibration, and reversing motion. It is formulated with synthetic base oils, viscosity index improvers, and advanced extreme-pressure additives to deliver excellent load-carrying capability, anti-wear protection, and friction reduction. The lubricant provides outstanding thermal, oxidative, and shear stability to maintain consistent film strength across a wide range of operating temperatures and conditions. Enhanced corrosion resistance helps protect gears, bearings, and other critical loadbearing components while extending service life and reducing maintenance requirements. ShockSorb 8A is ideal for surface mining, mineral processing, and other severe industrial applications and meets the requirements of DIN 51517-3.
